The challenge was to create a simple, clean and compelling video that shows the simplicity of changing your booking online, rather than using the phone.
By communicating this, National Express hope that they will see an overall decrease in customer service calls, and that customers will have a clear understanding of how easy it is to change a ticket using the self-service system.
The Change My Booking video continues a successful partnership with National Express that started with a social video for the National Expressmas campaign.
